_{1.1 By booking and participating in any Ice Penguin programme, session, or activity, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.}

_{1.2 Ice Penguin reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.}

_{2. Booking & Payment}

_{2.1 All bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment through the booking system.}

_{2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.}

_{2.3 All sessions are subject to availability and confirmation.}

_{3. Rescheduling Policy}

_{3.1 Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.}

_{3.2 Sessions not rescheduled within this timeframe will be considered used.}

_{3.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability.}

_{4. Refund Policy}

_{4.1 All bookings are strictly non-refundable.}

_{4.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows.}

_{5. Arrival & Late Policy}

_{5.1 Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes before the session for preparation and skate fitting.}

_{5.2 Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.}

_{5.3 Sessions will start and end on time as scheduled.}

_{6. Programme & Participation}

_{6.1 Participants must follow the designated programme structure, age group, and session format.}

_{6.2 Ice Penguin reserves the right to adjust or reassign participants for safety or operational reasons.}

_{6.3 Parents or siblings joining sessions must book and pay separately.}

_{7. Bundle Usage Policy}

_{7.1 Bundle sessions must be used within the stated validity period.}

_{7.2 Unused sessions will expire after the validity period.}

_{7.3 Bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable.}

_{7.4 Bundles are applicable for:}

• _{(a) Individual participant, or}
• _{(b) Up to 2 siblings under the same parent/guardian account (where applicable)
  7.5 Ice Penguin reserves the right to verify and reject misuse of bundle sharing.}

_{8. Safety & Conduct}

_{8.1 All participants must follow instructions provided by coaches and staff at all times.}

_{8.2 Fast skating, racing, or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.}

_{8.3 Participants must wear appropriate attire and safety gear where required.}

_{8.4 Parents are responsible for assisting younger children with gear and preparation.}

_{9. Equipment & Rental}

_{9.1 Ice skate and protective gear rental are provided where stated.}

_{9.2 Participants may bring their own equipment; however, no price reduction or offset will be provided.}

_{9.3 Participants are responsible for the proper use of all equipment.}

_{10. Synthetic Ice Surface}

_{10.1 Ice Penguin operates on a synthetic ice surface designed for skating practice and skill development.}

_{10.2 The skating experience may differ from traditional ice rinks.}

_{11. Health & Fitness}

_{11.1 Participants confirm that they are physically fit and able to participate in skating activities.}

_{11.2 Ice Penguin reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.}

_{12. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement}

_{12.1 Ice skating is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and injuries.}

_{12.2 By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activity.}

_{12.3 Ice Penguin, its staff, and management shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by law.}

_{12.4 Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines at all times.}

_{13. Parent / Guardian Consent}

_{13.1 For participants under 18 years old, the parent or legal guardian provides consent for participation.}

_{13.2 The parent or guardian accepts all risks on behalf of the participant.}

_{13.3 The parent or guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions.}

_{14. Photography & Media}

_{14.1 Ice Penguin may take photographs or videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.}

_{14.2 If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing prior to the session.}

_{15. Schedule Changes & Cancellations}

_{15.1 Ice Penguin reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational needs, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.}

_{15.2 Where possible, an alternative session will be arranged.}

_{15.3 Ice Penguin may assign alternative coaches where necessary.}

_{16. Right of Refusal}

_{16.1 Ice Penguin reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual who:}

• _{(a) Fails to comply with rules and instructions}
• _{(b) Poses a safety risk to themselves or others}

_{17. Agreement}

_{17.1 By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.}
