Our 1,000 sqft synthetic ice rink provides an ideal setting for refining edges, spins, footwork, jump preparation, and overall technical consistency.

Capacity Guidelines

The maximum capacity per session is strictly limited to:

•⁠  ⁠Up to 6 Adults

or

•⁠  ⁠Up to 10 Children

Mixed groups must comply with Ice Penguin’s safety capacity regulations. Ice Penguin reserves the right to refuse entry or stop a session if limits are exceeded.

Terms & Conditions

     1.     This session is strictly for self-directed practice.

     2.     External coaches and third-party instructors are not permitted to conduct paid or unpaid coaching during rental sessions.

     3.     Coaches or organisations interested in collaboration may contact us via email to discuss partnership opportunities.

     4.     Skaters must be properly dressed in appropriate skating attire and wear suitable skating boots at all times.

     5.     High-impact advanced double and triple jumps are not permitted.

     6.     Ice Penguin reserves the right to immediately stop any session that violates facility rules or safety standards.

     7.     Booking is confirmed only upon full payment.

     8.     No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

     9.     Ice Penguin shall not be liable for injuries resulting from improper equipment use, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
