Iggi, Head Coach of Ice Penguin, attended the SEOUL | 2026 HOCKEY TOGETHER DEVELOPMENT CAMP in South Korea, gaining new perspectives to bring back to our training programmes in Singapore.
The camp provided an opportunity to deepen his knowledge, exchange coaching experiences and explore fresh ideas for player development.
For Ice Penguin, continued learning is an essential part of helping our skaters and hockey players progress.
Learning Beyond the Rink
Coaching development benefits more than the coach—it shapes the experience of every student. Exposure to different approaches offers fresh ways to explain techniques, structure training and support players as they build their skills and confidence.
Iggi’s experience will help inform the continued development of our programmes, connecting what he learnt in Seoul with the needs of our students in Singapore.
Growing Together as a Hockey Community
We extend our sincere thanks to Singapore Ice Hockey Association for the opportunity to participate in the camp and continue learning alongside the wider hockey community.
At Ice Penguin, we believe developing the next generation starts with a commitment to improving ourselves. We look forward to putting these lessons into practice and sharing that growth with our skaters and hockey players.
