Designed for children (ages 4 and above), teens, and adults with intermediate to advanced skating proficiency who are ready to progress into ice hockey-specific development.
Through structured coaching and progressive training, players will develop strong foundations in stickhandling, puck control, passing, shooting, skating with the puck, game awareness, and teamwork. Training on synthetic ice allows players to build confidence, technical skills, skating strength, and puck control in a safe and controlled environment before progressing to more advanced hockey training and real ice opportunities.
This programme is suitable for skaters who are ready to transition from skating development into ice hockey-specific training.
Prerequisite
Participants should possess skating skills equivalent to an Advanced Learn to Skate level, including confident forward and backward skating, controlled turns, stopping techniques, crossovers, stable balance, and edge control before enrolling in this programme.
Players who have not completed an Advanced Learn to Skate Programme may still be considered for direct entry, subject to coach assessment and demonstration of the required skating proficiency.
Lessons are conducted on a synthetic ice training surface designed for hockey skill development and technical progression.
